Tua Tagovailoa was selected by the Miami Dolphins in the 2020 NFL draft with the 5th overall pick out of Alabama.  Tua would start his rookie season as the backup to Ryan Fitzpatrick in Miami.  He would be named the starter in the Week 8 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams, where he would record his first NFL passing touchdown, a pass to Devante Parker.  His rookie season was full of ups and downs.  He would only see action in 13 games in 2021 due to an early season injury.  He would suffer two concussions in 2022 while throwing for 3,548 yards and 25 touchdowns and an 8-5 record in 13 games.  He would win AFC Offensive Player of the Month for September in 2023 for his exceptional play in the 3 wins for the Dolphins, especially the Week 3, 70-20 win over the Denver Broncos.  It’s only a matter of time before we see what Tua can do as the leader of the Dolphins offense.  This would be a great addition to any collection.
